Passionate about the game of soccer  & fitness, Kelli has spent the past  25+ years playing and coaching soccer & fitness throughout the world. Kelli is a nationally certified strength and conditioning coach specializing in sports specific strength , power & S.A.Q. training. Some highlights of Kelli’s certifications include (CSCS, NSCA, NASM, F.M.S, ,ISSA Youth Fitness and Dartfish Sports Video Analysis Certified etc. )  She has earned various awards in the strength & conditioning field some highlights include  being awarded trainer of the year for the largest public & private health and fitness companies in the world in 2002,1996,1991. Kelli is currently a professional trainer, goalkeeper &  S.A.Q . coach in northern California . She has a dynamic & versatile training style, so It does not matter if your  9 or 99, a world class athlete or a  professional couch potato, Kelli has coached at all levels and will welcome you to the “Fearless Play Ground”.Life’s short so don’t forget to have fun, Play Hard & Train Smart !!!!!!

1981-1983- Adapted P.E .Coach  Special petitions granted to Kelli at age 16 to coach fellow classmates on a daily basis that were physically challenged. Responsibilities included program design, and implementation, documented lesson plans.
